As the star of “Good Bones” on HGTV, she transforms dilapidated houses into gorgeous new homes – choosing our luxury vinyl flooring for many of them.
I absolutely love working with Karndean Designflooring. The attention to detail with their wood and stone looks is incredible, and I can get really creative designing different living spaces. I'm also a mom with young kids, big dogs and a busy life, so I appreciate how durable and easy to clean their luxury vinyl is.

Grey Riven Slate
Episode 9 of Season 8 featured our Grey Riven Slate design from the Knight Tile collection, with the individual pieces set off by concrete-colored design strips. The design strips (DS12) are narrow pieces of luxury vinyl that replicate grout – but unlike grout, they’re nonporous, so they won’t stain or harbor bacteria, and they don’t need to be sealed.
Smoked American Maple
The renovation in episode 4 in Good Bones season 8 included our elegant Smoked American Maple design, a high-contrast look with plenty on knots and sap marks. Smoked American Maple is part of our Korlok Reserve collection – click-lock flooring that’s easy to install over most existing hard surfaces.
Lemon Spotted Gum
Mina used our Lemon Spotted Gum luxury vinyl, creating an eye-catching basketweave pattern in the kitchen. Lemon Spotted Gum is a Karndean LooseLay product, which combines the best features of gluedown flooring (it can be cut and laid in custom patterns) and floating flooring (easy to install, because it doesn’t require full-spread adhesive).
