This unique flooring design features the beautiful colour variations, unique grains, and natural imperfections that distinguish character oaks. Our designers have retained the uneven cross-saw markings from the original oak boards that inspired this design. It’s varied but neutral colour palette ranges from hints of soft white and stone through to grey and cappuccino.
With a smooth, planed finish, Pure Fabric Oak has an authentic worn look that brings a touch of rustic luxe to contemporary and traditional interiors alike.

Karndean loose lay is an innovative format of luxury vinyl flooring that's quick and easy to install. Featuring enhanced acoustic properties and excellent environmental credentials, the Karndean LooseLay Longboard and LooseLay Originals ranges are perfect for both residential and commercial environments.
The Karndean Longboard range has a 0.5mm wear layer and 4.5mm thickness. The wood planks come in a large 1500mm x 250mm format.
